We’ve spent the past three years building agents for real production work. Our architecture changed a lot along the way. Some of those changes worked. Others produced expensive and occasionally painful lessons. Read this to learn from our mistakes. https://t.co/vio067aNWO

scope with Task / Work in / Context / Done means / first N items then stop [] Sources: which apps, sites, files, or chats matter [] Constraints: what it must not do, or must ask first [] Deliverable: what it should return [] Review point: when it should stop for you [] Safe first task: attach a file and ask for a cited summary; do not change the file [] Next task: one real tool, read-only, with a sign-in handoff if needed [] After a good result, name the lasting format preference in chat [] Then save it as a skill or routine [] Official bot examples: email cleanup, Starlink-likely flights, build a site then buy the domain and deploy, meeting notes, sales prospecting, refunds, podcast audio digest [] Testers: paste a viral video link and ask the Bot to recreate it [] Testers: start from an org chart or make one Bot the boss of a repo, not a long to-do list [] Testers: one clear job, explicit allowed sources, no-guessing rule, approval gate before any real action [] Testers: 5 calibrations - confidence threshold, checkpoint long tasks, show negative examples, gate destructive actions separately, test edge cases first [] Testers: one Bot, one job - two jobs claimed worse at both; a crew without that can perform worse [] Testers: night-shift crews (chief, scout, forge, critic, ship, ledger) share one computer; human gate for merge, production, spend, send, delete [] Testers: one group chat per job/post, not per Bot; Most people learn Claude by accident, one random prompt at a time. There's a faster way, and it takes exactly a week. Day 1 is just using it. Ask anything, get research help, generate content, run web search, try voice mode, upload files, start long-term projects, and write project instructions. No technique yet, just reps. Day 2 adds structure. Structured prompting, few-shot examples, prompt templates, negative instructions, output validation, format instructions. This is where your prompts stop being one-off and start being repeatable. Day 3 is memory and context. Upload files to Projects, build reusable context, turn on Claude Memory, organize project knowledge, write a CLAUDE. md, and connect Gmail through Claude MCP add. Claude stops forgetting who you are between chats. Day 4 moves into building. SVG graphics, interactive experiences, code artifacts, React components, HTML pages, even Claude in PowerPoint. You're not asking questions anymore, you're shipping things. Day 5 is automation. SKILL .md files, the Skill Creator, task chaining, the code execution tool, the file creation tool, trigger rules, delegation and handoff. Claude starts running steps without you re-explaining them each time. Day 6 connects it to everything else. Notion MCP, Google Drive MCP, Slack MCP, Typefully MCP, custom MCP servers, over 400 connectors, plus risk controls and observability so you can see what it's actually doing. Day 7 is full systems. Claude Code in the terminal, multi-agent workflows, autonomous execution, memory governance. This is where Claude stops being a chat window and starts being infrastructure. Bookmark this before your next Claude session.
Big news for @BolterApp⚡️ @Improbableio is officially bringing Bolter out of stealth with a $10 million investment. But Bolter is much more than an “AI messaging app.” The goal is to build an environment where humans and AI agents work together inside the same chats. A user describes a real business process in plain English, and Bolter turns it into a repeatable workflow. No code, complicated nodes or manual API setup. Under the hood, agents can create a plan, debate solutions, divide the work and pass tasks to each other. The user sets the goal and returns only when a decision or approval is required. Each agent can run on its own computer with a browser and memory. Each run produces a receipt showing what was done, what changed and what still needs approval. For businesses, that means AI actions remain controlled, accountable and auditable. Bolter is model-neutral. Instead of locking users into one provider, it can route each request to the model best suited for that task, including open-source models. The company also says customer data will not be used to train them. Shared context is another major part. Work should not disappear inside one employee’s private AI conversation. In Bolter, colleagues, their agents and connected tools work in the same environment, while knowledge gradually compounds across the workspace. Bolter is also introducing Blueprints: ready-made workflows users can install, personalise or create by describing a process as they would explain it to a new employee. There is one important detail about the funding. This is not a traditional external round with a disclosed valuation. Bolter was incubated by Improbable, and the $10 million comes from its own capital. External investors may join later. So this does not prove product-market fit yet, but it clearly shows how seriously Improbable is treating the product. Bolter currently has a team of only seven people and began as a personal project coded by @HermanNarula. For a team of this size, $10 million provides serious resources for infrastructure, hiring, integrations, security and business onboarding. The European positioning is deliberate too. Bolter wants to become a European alternative in a market dominated by American messaging and AI platforms, reducing dependence on foreign providers and any single model ecosystem. I have already tested Bolter for Somnia news digests, chess inside a group chat and even wallet payouts to winners, so I have seen how flexible the platform can be. But this announcement makes its larger direction much clearer: Bolter is not adding another chatbot to a messenger. It wants to become an operating layer where people and AI agents can build, communicate and run real business processes together. Tech eu describes Bolter as the third major product brought out of stealth since Improbable shifted toward its venture-builder model, following Kallikor and @Somnia_Network. There is currently no announced integration between Bolter, Somnia or $SOMI, so I would not invent a direct connection that has not been confirmed. Still, seeing Somnia mentioned alongside Improbable’s growing portfolio of AI and Web3 ventures is another reminder of the technical ecosystem behind it. For me, the most interesting part is not the $10 million alone. It is the attempt to create a new type of company infrastructure, where AI does not simply answer questions but receives responsibilities, works with other agents and leaves an auditable result behind. Bolter now has the capital and technical backing to pursue that vision. The real test will be adoption, security, pricing and whether businesses continue using these workflows after the first experiments. But this is easily the most important Bolter announcement since the platform was introduced. 🖤 https://t.co/rex8uZzqmQ
